SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
We deliver worldwide. All Art Prints are delivered by Royal Mail 'Signed For' trackable priority service.
All T-shirts are shipped internationally via the Royal Mail International Standard service. T-shirt orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class.
T-shirts and tote bags are delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class within the UK and International standard for overseas sales. If you are considering buying a tote bag, Tshirt or greetings card for Christmas and are concerned it might not arrive at your address in time, we recommend you contact me for a shipping upgrade as (unlike our wall prints) these items are not dispatched with a tracking service as standard.

United Kingdom: 2 – 4 business days
North America: 10 – 12 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 12 – 16 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 10 – 16 business days
North Africa and the Middle East: 12 – 16 business days
On checkout you will receive an email confirming your order. Processing time for orders at busy times may take up to 2 days. Once dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please check your spam folder for emails from [email protected] as certain email applications will filter out my communications. If you do find my emails in your spam box please click the NOT SPAM or NOT JUNK button (the option name will vary depending on your email client) to ensure you receive future email communications from us.
SHIPPING TO THE EU
Following the exit of the UK from the European Union, orders from countries in the EU will be subject to import taxes of approximately 20% of the total value (including shipping) of the goods purchased. Additional import charges will apply and vary depending on your location within the EU. The average shipping time to the EU varies depending on the country. EU shipping times can be anything between 10 – 16 business days.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please inform us by email within 14 days of receiving the goods.
We will happily provide refunds on items within the 14 day time period providing the item is returned in an unused and sellable condition. Postage fees are non-refundable.

REPLACING DAMAGED GOODS
We will only replace prints and garments if replacements are available, otherwise you will be offered a full refund. We keep a few limited-edition art prints in stock for replacement purposes. Lost items will be exchanged at my discretion.
MISSING ITEMS
Due to the covid-19 pandemic many national postal services across the globe are experiencing issues resulting in delayed arrival of goods. We cannot take responsibility for these delays once goods are dispatched. We are happy to send a replacement item free of charge (if the item is in stock) on the condition the customer pays for the postage of the replacement, but cannot offer refunds on lost items. We take no responsibility for items not received in the EU due to unpaid import fees requested by your courier. Information regarding purchases from the EU is available above should you choose to buy from me. Refunds in these circumstances can only be issued once the goods have been returned to me.
